How to reset your ConnectUC password

Objective

Create or reset your ConnectUC password from the application login screen.

Before you begin

Your ConnectUC username is normally your email address without the final .com or .net. For example, pat.smith@acme.com becomes pat.smith@acme.

Mobile app

  1. Open ConnectUC Mobile.
  2. Enter your username and select Next.
  3. Select Forgot Password.
  4. Select Send password reset instructions.
  5. Open the reset email and follow its instructions.

Desktop app

  1. Open ConnectUC Desktop.
  2. Select Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your username.
  4. Select Send Instructions.
  5. Open the reset email and follow its instructions.

Never send your password or password-reset link to another person.

Verification

Sign in with the new password and confirm that your extension and ConnectUC features load.

Expected result: ConnectUC accepts the new password and opens your account.
