How to block an unwanted caller in ConnectUC

Objective

Add or remove an unwanted phone number from your ConnectUC blocked-number list.

Block a number

  1. Open ConnectUC and select your user icon.
  2. Open Preferences.
  3. Select Blocked Numbers.
  4. Use the add control and enter the complete phone number you want to block.
  5. Save the change.

Remove a blocked number

  1. Return to Preferences → Blocked Numbers.
  2. Find the number you want to allow again.
  3. Remove it from the list and save the change.

Blocking a number prevents calls from that number from reaching your ConnectUC user. It does not correct inaccurate caller ID or prevent callers from using another number.

Verification

Confirm that the number appears in the blocked list. After removing it, confirm that it no longer appears.

Expected result: The blocked-number list reflects the change.
