How to create a three-way conference call on a Yealink phone
Objective
Join two other people into one active call from a Yealink desk phone.
Steps
- During the first active call, press the Conference soft key. The first caller is placed on hold.
- Enter the phone number or extension of the second person.
- Press the Send soft key.
- Wait for the second person to answer.
- Press Conference again to join all three parties.
If the second person does not answer, use the End soft key to return to the original caller.
Pressing End after the conference is joined may disconnect all parties.
Verification
Confirm that all three parties can hear and speak to one another.
Expected result: All three people are connected with clear two-way audio.
