In this article, you learn how see your call recording of your voice calls through Corenexa Desktop and Browser applications. 

How To

CoreNexa allows for recording of voice calls or video meetings and rooms. The recordings are accessed through a single interface available in the left-side menu. Options to download and delete recordings are available in the client.

In order to record a video meeting, a user must be a Moderator of the room and must be using the Desktop App. Video meeting recording is not available in the Browser or Mobile Apps.

The user is able to pick a date range to display on the right-hand side. If nothing is selected, the last 7 days of recordings is shown by default. The user has the option to play or download the message. Clicking on the phone number will initiate a call to that number.
