Getting started with the ConnectUC app

BelowHere are the instructionssteps for getting started with the ConnectUC calling app available for desktop and mobile. ConnectUC has many of the same features as a deskphone, so you place calls through your business's number, listen to voicemails, etc. See the ConnectUC App Downloads section down below for a link to download the app on your preferred device.

Your login name for the app is your email address without the ".com" or ".net" at the end. So for example, if your email is pat.smith@acme.com,com, your login name would be pat.smith@acme.smith@acme. To create a password, you can request a password reset email from the mobile app or desktop app's login screen.
  • If on mobile, enter your username and tap Next, then tap 'Forgot Password', then 'Send password reset instructions'.
  • If on desktop, click 'Forgot your password?' and enter your username, then click 'Send Instructions'.
Your extension number in the app is the same as that on your deskphone. For more information on the app's features and settings, see this help article for the mobile app and this help article for the desktop app.
